Liquidity Concepts, FLLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your individual privacy. This Privacy Policy puts you in control of how your personal information is used in connection with our web site, which is accessible at www.parryscope.com (“Site”). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share personal and other information we obtain from users of the Site. This Privacy Policy applies only to the Site. By using the Site, you agree to this Privacy Policy. Be sure to check this page periodically for updates.

Overview

This Site is a source of general information about the Parryscope surgical technique and Positive Steps Fertility practice. We welcome general visitors (including, but not limited to, physicians and potential patients) to our Site who may be seeking information related to our products and services. The information, materials and content provided on this Site (including, but not limited to, text, graphics, and images) are for general informational purposes only, and are not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

What We Collect

When you visit or use the Site, we collect information sent to us by your computer, mobile phone or other access device. The information sent to us may include data on the pages you access, your computer IP address, device identifiers, the type of operating system you are using, your location, mobile network information and other information. We may obtain such information through cookies and other tracking technologies. (See Section 3 below titled, “Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies.”)

If you reach out to us via the “Questions” or similar prompts, recommend a doctor, respond to our request for information about the region in which you are located, post a comment on the site, sign-up for a newsletter (including an e-newsletter), complete a visitor survey, or otherwise provide us with information about you and/or a doctor, we may collect the following types of information, some of which may be personal information: name, email address, phone number, city, state, zip code, nature of inquiry and/or other information that may be requested and/or included within your submission.

The term “personal information” is used herein to describe information that can be associated with a specific person and can be used to identify that person. We do not consider personal information to include information that has been made anonymous or otherwise does not identify a specific user.

In situations where it is possible to do so, we may link personal information (such as your name and email address) with non-personal information (such as the unique identifier associated with your computer or mobile device). We may also link your personal information and non-personal information with other generally or publicly available information (e.g., information from external sources). The information we collect may also be merged with information available from other sources such as companies that match email addresses with postal addresses and other information.

We may obtain information (including your personal information) from third parties. For example, you could provide the name and location of a doctor which you believe would benefit from using the Parryscope technique.

Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies

When you visit the Site, we may use (or authorize third parties to use) “cookies” and similar technologies (e.g., web beacons, pixel tags, etc.) (“Tracking Technologies”) to help us recognize and serve you better by collecting information about you, your online behavior, your computer, and/or your mobile device. Such information may include, without limitation, (i) the type/version of browser, operating system and software you are using (and when you update any of these); (ii) your geographic location; (iii) the pages you visit; (iv) how long you visit each page; and (v) other information about how you interact with the Site. Cookies are small files that contain information sent by a web site that is saved on your computer’s hard drive.

At this time, we do not recognize automated browser signals regarding tracking mechanisms, which may include “do not track” instructions. However, you can change some of your privacy preferences through your browser. For example, you may delete cookies from your computer or set your browser to reject cookies. However, doing so may limit some functionalities of our Site. Also, blocking or deleting browser cookies may not block or delete other types of cookies including flash cookies. What We Do with the Information We Gather

General:

We require the information that we gather for various reasons including the following: (i) to understand your needs, provide you with a better service, and/or respond to your inquiries; (ii) for internal record keeping; (iii) for internal analysis; (iv) to statistically analyze user behavior and activity; and (v) to administer, market and/or provide promotions, programs, products, services and offers for which you provided information (including personal information such as your name). Subject to the provisions below, we may also use this information for other non-marketing and marketing-related purposes.

We may share your personal information and other information with our affiliates (i.e., our parent, subsidiaries, affiliated businesses, etc.) (collectively, “Hapi Affiliates”) for any purpose. If you do not want us to share your personal information with Hapi Affiliates for marketing purposes, you may opt-out of such uses by notifying us in accordance with the procedure set forth below under the heading, “Controlling Your Personal Information.” Although you may request to opt-out of sharing your personal information for marketing purposes with Hapi Affiliates, we may share personal information with Hapi Affiliates for non-marketing purposes.

We may share, sell or license your personal information and other information that you provide to us with business partners, potential patients (and their friends), doctors, clinicians and other medical personnel and other third parties (collectively, “Other Parties”) for any purpose. If you do not want us to share, sell or license such personal information with Other Parties for marketing purposes, you may opt-out of such uses by notifying us in accordance with the procedure set forth below under the heading, “Controlling Your Personal Information.” Although you may request to opt-out of sharing, selling or licensing your personal information for marketing purposes with Other Parties, we may share, sell or license personal information with Other Parties for non-marketing purposes.

We may share certain personal information (such as your name, email address, and phone number) with third party vendors to the extent needed to fulfill a product or service order.

We may share your information (including your personal information) with Other Parties (including contractors who provide services to us) to assist with any of the uses of personal information and other information described herein. For example, we may share and/or provide your personal information and other information with/to third parties that oversee, manage, handle and/or assist with the operation, administration, or maintenance of our Site. We are committed to ensuring that your personal information is secure, and we take reasonable steps to ensure that all of your user information is secure. Our Site may contain links to enable you to easily visit other web sites or web pages of interest that are not controlled by us. However, once you have used these links to leave our Site, you should note that we do not have any control over that other web site (though we may be able to track some of your activities on some of these sites). Therefore, we cannot be responsible for the protection and privacy of any information which you provide while visiting such sites/pages and such sites/pages are not governed by this Privacy Policy. Controlling Your Personal Information (Including How to Opt-Out of Certain Uses)

You may choose to restrict the use of your personal information in the following ways:

If you do not want us to use your personal information for our direct marketing purposes, you may opt-out of receiving future marketing emails (and other electronic marketing communications) from us at any time by emailing us at parryscopefertility@gmail.com with your opt-out request.

If you do not want us to share your personal information with Hapi Affiliates or Other Parties (i.e., our business (and other) partners and/or other third parties) for marketing purposes, you may opt-out of such sharing by emailing us at parryscopefertility@gmail.com with your opt-out request.

If you believe that any information we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please email us at parryscopefertility@gmail.com as soon as possible. We will promptly correct any information found to be incorrect.

From time to time, we may use customer information for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in our Privacy Policy. If our information practices change at some time in the future, we will post the policy changes to our Site to notify you of these changes. If you are concerned about how your information is used, you should check back at our Site periodically.

Posting Comments and Other Information on our Site

We may permit you to post your own comments and other information at our Site (“Comments”). Comments posted at our Site are subject to our Privacy Policy. You should not post Comments that are private or that you do not want to be used and viewed by others as Comments might may be identified as yours. You are solely responsible for any legal or other repercussions that occur as a result of Comments you post at our Site. We assume no responsibility or liability which may arise from your Comments.

California Residents: Your California Privacy Rights

California law requires certain businesses to respond to requests from California residents asking about the disclosure of personal information to third parties for third party marketing purposes. Alternately, such businesses may adopt a policy of not disclosing personal information to third parties for marketing purposes if a California resident has opted-out of such information-sharing. We have an opt-out policy in place. If you wish to opt-out of our sharing your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes, please follow the procedures set forth above in Section 7 under the heading, “Controlling Your Personal Information.” 

Minors

The Site is directed to persons who are at least 18 years of age. In addition, we do not knowingly collect or allow the collection of personal information from persons under the age of 13. When you use the Site or disclose personal information, you are representing to us that you are the appropriate age. If you are the parent or guardian of a person under the age of 13 and believe that the person has provided personal information to us, please contact us at parryscopefertility@gmail.com, and we will promptly delete the child’s information from our records.

Business Transactions

We may share, assign or transfer your personal information and information collected through Tracking Technologies and other sources if we enter into a business transaction such as a merger, acquisition, reorganization, restructuring, bankruptcy, or sale of some or all of our assets. Any party that acquires our assets as part of such a transaction may continue to use your information in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy.

Visitors Outside of the United States

We make no representation that the practices described in this Privacy Policy are compliant with laws outside of the United States including those that apply to the collection, security, use, and disclosure of personal information.

Revisions to this Policy

We may revise the Privacy Policy from time-to-time in our sole discretion. Please visit this Site and review our Privacy Policy periodically for changes. By continuing to access or use our Site after changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the terms of the revised Privacy Policy.
