This Site is a source of general information about the Parryscope surgical technique and Positive Steps Fertility practice. We welcome general visitors (including, but not limited to, physicians and potential patients) to our Site who may be seeking information related to our products and services. The information, materials and content provided on this Site (including, but not limited to, text, graphics, and images) are for general informational purposes only, and are not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
What We Collect
When you visit or use the Site, we collect information sent to us by your computer, mobile phone or other access device. The information sent to us may include data on the pages you access, your computer IP address, device identifiers, the type of operating system you are using, your location, mobile network information and other information. We may obtain such information through cookies and other tracking technologies. (See Section 3 below titled, “Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies.”)
If you reach out to us via the “Questions” or similar prompts, recommend a doctor, respond to our request for information about the region in which you are located, post a comment on the site, sign-up for a newsletter (including an e-newsletter), complete a visitor survey, or otherwise provide us with information about you and/or a doctor, we may collect the following types of information, some of which may be personal information: name, email address, phone number, city, state, zip code, nature of inquiry and/or other information that may be requested and/or included within your submission.
The term “personal information” is used herein to describe information that can be associated with a specific person and can be used to identify that person. We do not consider personal information to include information that has been made anonymous or otherwise does not identify a specific user.

If you do not want us to share, sell or license such personal information with Other Parties for marketing purposes, you may opt-out of such uses by notifying us in accordance with the procedure set forth below under the heading, “Controlling Your Personal Information.” Although you may request to opt-out of sharing, selling or licensing your personal information for marketing purposes with Other Parties, we may share, sell or license personal information with Other Parties for non-marketing purposes.
