Fertility Treatment Pricing*

New Patient Consultation $150

This typically involves 20-30 minutes of a phone discussion with a nurse to understand your history, followed by a subsequent day with a 30-45 minute meeting with a clinician (in person or by video).

Semen Analysis $75

Semen analysis is a diagnostic test that measures the quality and quantity of sperm in a man’s semen. This test is typically one of the first steps in evaluating male fertility, and can help find multiple sources slowing fertility.

Parryscope® Female Fertility Testing Approach $1,000

The Parryscope Fertility Testing approach provides a breakthrough in female fertility testing and a more effective alternative to HSG Testing. Our diagnostic device can accurately, gently, and quickly reveal factors in female fertility with a single office visit. This infertility diagnostic approach evaluates the core aspects of female fertility in a single diagnostic procedure::

  • Ovarian reserve: We measure and count the antral follicles in both ovaries to determine whether the number of potential eggs remaining in the ovaries is low, normal, or robust.
  • Fallopian tube patency (whether the tubes are open so sperm and egg can meet)
  • Uterine factors (whether the uterus can accept and nurture the embryo)

Just as important as the test itself, is our comprehensive discussion of results in the same appointment, using easy-to-understand language that provides clear guidance on your next fertility steps.

IUI Package 3 ultrasounds, 3 inseminations $1,600

Intrauterine insemination (IUI) is a fertility treatment that involves placing sperm directly into the uterus to increase the chances of fertilization. Combined oral medication with ultrasound and insemination is often the most efficient route to pregnancy for couples with reasonable anatomy for fertility.

Note: based on a bundle of 3 IUI procedures discounted to $175/ultrasound and $325/insemination. Individual pricing quoted separately.

In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) Single Cycle Bundled Package $15,000

IVF is an assisted reproductive technology bypassing many infertility problems by combining a man’s sperm with a woman’s egg in a controlled lab environment in order to achieve fertilization. Shown here as a bundled price when combined through the packaged IVF program. When lower technology solutions don’t work, in vitro fertilization is an exceptionally powerful and effective solution that has helped millions of women become moms. Includes:

  • Retrieval, embryo culture to blastocyst, and embryo freezing – $8,500,
  • Ultrasounds and labs – $1,000
  • Anesthesia – $500
  • ICSI – $1000
  • Assisted hatching – $500
  • Up to four transfers – $2500

ICSI (Intracytoplasmic sperm injection) $1,000

ICSI (Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection) is a specialized form of IVF that can be used to treat male infertility or other conditions that affect the ability of sperm to fertilize an egg.

Medications (stimulation medications) $1,000 – $6,000

Stimulation medications can be an integral part of fertility treatment and are used to help stimulate the ovaries to produce multiple eggs. These medications are typically given as injections and are carefully monitored by our experienced fertility specialists. The type and dosage of stimulation medications used will depend on a patient’s specific fertility concerns and treatment goals. Note, stimulation medications highly individualized and quoted separately

PGT-A $2750

Preimplantation Genetic Testing for Aneuploidy (PGT-A) is a technique used during in vitro fertilization (IVF) to screen embryos for chromosomal abnormalities before they are implanted in the uterus. Note: pricing does not include CooperGenomics Processing Fees

Frozen Embryo Transfer $2,750

During Frozen Embryo Transfer (FET), embryos that were previously frozen and stored are thawed and transferred into the woman’s uterus at a time that is optimal for implantation.

Egg Freezing $8,500

Egg freezing, also known as oocyte cryopreservation, is a technique used in assisted reproductive technology (ART) to preserve a woman’s fertility by freezing her eggs for future use.

Insurance

We often receive feedback from patients who believed they would save money by opting for a facility that accepted insurance but faced higher costs due to copays, deductibles, and uncovered medical expenses compared to our treatment approach.

We have frequently observed that relying on insurance can result in a lengthy six-month processing time, ultimately leading to coverage denial while adding an additional 30% in administrative overhead costs. In contrast, we are open and upfront about our fees and strive to provide expectant parents with the optimal balance of attentive care, affordability, and success rates.

Tailored Pricing for Every Step of Your Fertility Treatment Journey

At Positive Steps Fertility, we strive to provide our clients with transparent and accurate pricing information. Please keep in mind that consulting and treatment prices are subject to change, so the prices listed on our website may not always reflect the most current rates.

Additionally, because every client’s situation is unique, individual circumstances may result in pricing differences. We want to work with you to understand your specific needs and provide the most accurate pricing information possible.

Finally, depending on your clinical course, our bundled packages may include services that you may not need or use, which require more customized packages. Our team is always here to answer your questions and provide you with the information you need to make informed decisions about your care.
