How Much Does IVF Cost?
Fertility Consultation & Diagnostic Pricing
New Patient Consultation — $150
Includes an initial nurse intake (20–30 minutes by phone) followed by a clinician consultation (30–45 minutes in person or via video) to review your history and create a care plan.
Semen Analysis — $75
A diagnostic test that evaluates sperm count, movement, and structure to assess male fertility factors.
Parryscope® Female Fertility Evaluation — $1,000
Our patented Parryscope® provides a comprehensive, minimally invasive evaluation of key fertility factors in a single visit:
- Ovarian reserve (antral follicle count and egg supply assessment)
- Fallopian tube patency (whether tubes are open)
- Uterine evaluation (ability to support implantation and pregnancy)
This includes a $350 ultrasound and a $650 in-office hysteroscopy, with results reviewed in clear, easy-to-understand language during the same appointment.
IUI Treatment Pricing
IUI Package — $1,600 (3 ultrasounds + 3 inseminations)
Intrauterine insemination (IUI) involves placing sperm directly into the uterus to improve the chances of fertilization.
This bundled package includes:
- 3 ultrasounds ($175 each bundled rate)
- 3 inseminations ($325 each bundled rate)
Individual pricing is also available based on treatment needs.
IVF Treatment Pricing
IVF Base Cycle — $10,000
Includes monitoring, anesthesia, and egg retrieval. (Embryo transfer is not included in the base price.)
IVF with Donor Eggs — $32,000
Comprehensive IVF cycle using a dedicated egg donor.
Additional services such as ICSI (intracytoplasmic sperm injection) may be recommended depending on clinical needs, particularly in cases of male factor infertility.
Additional Fertility Services
Depending on your treatment plan, additional services may include:
- Embryo transfer (fresh or frozen)
- Egg freezing (oocyte vitrification)
- Embryo freezing and storage
- Preimplantation genetic testing (PGT-A / PGT-M)
- Endometrial receptivity analysis
- Sperm freezing and long-term storage
- Surgical sperm retrieval (TESE)
- Outside cycle monitoring services
