Dr. Jared Moss is a board-certified urologist specializing in male infertility, reproductive medicine, microsurgery, and men’s sexual health. He works closely with Positive Steps Fertility to evaluate and treat men experiencing infertility and other reproductive concerns.
Dr. Moss believes that male fertility deserves the same attention as female fertility. Because male factors contribute to nearly half of infertility cases, he encourages early evaluation to identify potentially treatable conditions before pursuing advanced fertility treatment.

Dr. Evan Mulloy
Urologist and Male Fertility Specialist
Evan Mulloy, MD is originally from Augusta, GA. He completed his urology residency at Emory University in Atlanta, GA and his fellowship in Male Reproductive Medicine and Surgery at Stanford University in Palo Alto, CA. He is passionate about delivering care for patients with male factor infertility and partnering with fertility centers to deliver comprehensive and integrated healthcare utilizing modern technology and techniques. He is an active member of the American Urological Association, American Society of Reproductive Medicine, Society for Male Reproduction, and the Society for the Study of Male Reproduction.
Dr. Nicholas Deebel
Fellowship-Trained Men’s Health Urologist and Male Fertility Specialist
Nicholas A. Deebel, MD is a fellowship-trained men’s health urologist specializing in andrology, male infertility, reproductive microsurgery, and sexual medicine. He serves as Director of Men’s Sexual Health and Male Reproductive Medicine at the University of South Alabama, where he is an Assistant Professor of Urology.
Dr. Deebel is a Pennsylvania native. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology, magna cum laude, from Juniata College, and his medical degree from Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine. He completed his urologic surgery residency at Wake Forest University School of Medicine where he served as chief resident. He subsequently completed his fellowship in andrology and male infertility at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine under world-renowned men’s sexual health and male fertility specialists.
Dr. Deebel is deeply devoted to helping men and their loved ones with their family building efforts. He works in partnership with reproductive endocrinology and infertility specialists both in Mobile as well as across the Gulf Coast spanning into Florida and Mississippi. He is a specialist in advanced sperm-retrieval procedures, including microsurgical testicular sperm extraction (micro-TESE) as well as microsurgical vasectomy reversal. He also works closely with cancer specialists at The USA Mitchell Cancer Institute and USA Health Children’s & Women’s Hospital to offer cancer patients fertility preservation options in order to protect against the harmful effects of cancer treatment on male fertility.
His research interests encompass male reproductive medicine, sexual health outcomes, and testosterone replacement therapy. He has authored more than 60 peer-reviewed publications and has presented at national meetings including the American Urological Association, the American Society for Reproductive Medicine, and Sexual Medicine Society of North America. He is a member of the American Urological Association, the American Society for Reproductive Medicine, and Sexual Medicine Society of North America, Society for the Study of Male Reproduction, and Society of Urologic Prosthetic Surgeons.
In his free time, Dr. Deebel enjoys spending time with his family, strength training, and exploring the outdoors as a fisherman.
Dr. Eric Laborde

Dr. Eric Laborde specializes in infertility. Dr. Laborde a New Orleans native who completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Virginia. He received his doctor of medicine degree from Louisiana State University in New Orleans. He completed his residency in urology at the Ochsner/LSU Health program. He then completed a fellowship in male infertility and erectile dysfunction at Northwestern University, Feinberg School of Medicine in Chicago, Illinois. Dr. Laborde’s professional interests include, male infertility, erectile dysfunction and vasectomy reversal. He is the director of the men’s health clinic, and is also vice-chairman for the department of urology.
