Make a Difference as an Egg Donor While Building Your Future

Becoming an egg donor is one of the most powerful ways a young woman can help others experience the joy of parenthood. At Positive Steps Fertility in Mississippi and Louisiana, we work with compassionate, healthy women who want to make a real difference in someone’s life, while also being financially compensated for their time and commitment.

Many of our egg donors are college students, early professionals, or ambitious young women who choose egg donation as a way to support their education, travel goals, or long-term financial independence.

Egg Donor Compensation: Earn Up to $35,000

We believe your time, commitment, and generosity as an egg donor should be recognized.

Egg donors at Positive Steps Fertility are compensated $5,000 for each completed egg retrieval cycle and up to $35,000 total potential compensation for repeat egg donations (if eligible).

Many egg donors use this compensation to:

  • Pay for college tuition or student loans
  • Save for a home or apartment
  • Fund travel or study abroad experiences
  • Build financial stability early in life

Egg donor compensation is provided after each completed cycle, and you are fully supported throughout the entire egg donation process.

Choosing to become an egg donor is a significant decision that requires both physical commitment and emotional maturity. While egg donors are compensated for their time and effort, the heart of this journey is helping individuals and families achieve their dream of parenthood.

Is Egg Donation Safe?

Your safety as an egg donor is our top priority.
